Individual
weights described here are an estimate provided for your
guidance. You can be assured you will only be charged for
the cut weight of any ordered product, even if it is less.
Our
sausages are made in our specialised production area, to
the highest standards. We use natural casings and the finest
fresh pork, plus spices and rusk to bind them together.
We do not use eggs.
Packs are approximately 500g in weight, sold in packs of
6, 8 or 12 sausages, according to size.
We also produce Gluten-free Sausages, made with a small
amount of flavouring but no gluten products, for specialist
dietary requirements.
